摘要
为探索平行病历在门诊癌痛患者规范管理中的作用,选取在疼痛科癌痛门诊就诊的76例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组37例、观察组39例。所有患者均于首诊、第2周、4周、12周复诊时,完成相关问卷调查。对照组给予常规治疗,用药指导等。观察组除常规治疗和用药指导外,为每位患者建立平行病历及复诊档案。结果显示:观察组疼痛控制情况、生活质量改善、服药依从性及就诊满意度,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本研究提示,平行病历有助于改善患者疼痛控制情况和生活质量,提高服药依从性和就诊满意度,改善医疗人文环境,为癌痛患者及家属提供富含共情、关注和尊重的诊疗服务,有利于门诊癌痛患者规范化管理。
To explore the role of parallel medical records in standardized management of outpatients with cancer pain,we selected 76 outpatients with cancer pain who were admitted to the cancer pain clinic.All patients completed the questionnaire at the first visit,the 2nd,4th and 12th week of follow-up.The control group was given routine treatment and medication guidance.Besides that,the observation group established parallel medical records and follow-up files for each patient.Pain control,quality of life,compliance with medication and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the four indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results suggested that parallel medical record was helpful to improve pain control,quality of life,medication compliance and patients'satisfaction,helpful to improve the medical and humanistic environment,and provide compassionate,caring and respectful care for cancer patients and their families,and helpful to improve standardization of outpatient cancer pain management.
