摘要
针对西北地区某城镇污水处理厂一期、二期CASS工艺处理水质、水量不达标的问题,在充分考虑利用原工程场地,不停产、不减产、不改变原有工艺的前提下,通过增加滗水深度、优化搅拌机安装、调整运行周期,低成本、高效地完成了该提质增量改造项目,实现了稳定达标排放。改造后外部碳源投加量减少33.33%,年节省药剂成本约200万元,大大降低了污水厂的运营成本,可为西北地区污水处理厂的升级改造提供借鉴。
The CASS process of phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ projects in an urban wastewater treatment plant in northwest China did not meet the discharge standard in terms of water quality and quantity.By increasing the decanting depth,optimizing the installation of the mixer and adjusting the operation cycle,a transformation and upgrading project for quality improvement and quantity increment was completed at low cost and high efficiency,and the effluent quality stably meet the discharge standard under the premise of making full use of the original engineering site,no stop and reduce of the production,and no change of the original process.After the transformation,dosage of the external carbon source is reduced by 33.33%,and the annual reagent cost is saved by approximately 2 million yuan,which greatly reduces the operating cost of the wastewater treatment plant,and provides a reference for upgrading and transformation of wastewater treatment plants in northwest China.
