Summary of Pharmacology and Experimental Models Research on Treatment of Seborrheic Alopecia with TCM

脂溢性脱发为皮肤科的多发病与难治性疾病之一,中药因其多成分、多靶点、协同作用等阻断未知的疾病途径,达到较好的治疗效果,并逐渐成为科研领域的研究热点。本文综述了中药治疗脂溢性脱发的药理与实验模型研究进展,为进一步深入研究提供思路与线索。

Seborrheic alopecia is one of the frequently-occurring and refractory diseases in dermatology department.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)blocks unknown disease pathways due to its multiple components,multiple targets and synergistic effects,thereby achieving better therapeutic effects and gradually becoming a scientific research hotspot.This paper reviewed the progress in pharmacological and experimental models of TCM in treating seborrheic alopecia,so as to provide ideas and clues for further research.
