小排量发动机系统模型的消声器的改进方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低单缸汽油机的排气噪声水平,有效提升其声学性能,通过建立发动机和消声器的系统耦合仿真模型,对消声器进行设计与改进。通过分析其阶次噪声及排气频谱图,着重优化消声器中低频段的消声性能,综合动力性和经济性选出最佳方案,从插入管孔径和有无套筒两个角度对其进行进一步优化。最终在确保消声性能明显提升的同时,1.0、1.5和2.0阶噪声均有明显下降,并兼顾了动力性和经济性,为优化改进体积容量较小的消声器提供了一种解决思路。 To reduce the exhaust noise level of a single-cylinder gasoline engine and effectively improve its acoustic performance,the muffler was designed and improved by establishing a system coupling simulation model of the engine and the muffler.By analyzing its order noise and exhaust spectrogram,it focused on optimizing the silencing performance of the muffler in the low frequency range,comprehensively selecting the best solution for power and economic performance,and selecting it from the perspectives of the insertion tube aperture and the presence or absence of a sleeve to conduct further optimization.In the end,while ensuring a significant improvement in noise reduction performance,the 1.0,1.5,and 2.0 order noises have been significantly reduced,and both power and economic performance are taken into account,which provides a solution for optimizing and improving the muffler with a smaller volume capacity.
