面向指标多层次分解的绿色产品分级评价方法研究

摘要 针对绿色产品评价指标体系落地难、缺乏协调性和普遍适用性的问题,提出一种面向指标多层次分解的绿色产品分级评价方法。通过收集包含消费维度的多属性绿色指标建立初始指标集,将初始指标集内指标分解为约束性指标、必要性指标和可选指标,以定量和定性标准对三种类型指标进行再次分解,对再次分解得到的指标设立不同的指标约简原则,建立可约指标集。灰色关联聚类方法用于约简冗余指标并建立最简指标集。以约束性指标作为产品评价的约束条件,结合必要性指标和可选指标对产品进行分级评价。以空调产品为例,验证了该方法的有效性。 Aiming at the difficulty of landing,lack of coordination and universal applicability of evaluation index system of green product,the grading evaluation method based on multi-level index decomposition of product is proposed. Through collecting multi-attribute green indicators including consumption dimension,the initial index set is established. The indicators in the initial index set are decomposed into constrained indicators,necessary indicators and optional indicators. The three types of indicators are decomposed again with quantitative and qualitative criteria. Different reduction principles are set up for the indicators that are decomposed again,and the reducible index set is established. Through using the method of grey dynamic clustering to reduce the indicators in the reducible index,the simplest index set is established. The constraints indicators is used as the constraints of product evaluation,which grades and evaluates the products. It take air-conditioning products as an example,which verify the effectiveness of this method.
