不同井窖孔制作机振动对比分析

摘要 为了降低井窖孔制作机工作时振动造成的操作不舒适感,以常见的三种类型井窖制作机为研究对象,利用DH5925动态信号测试分析系统对各井窖孔制作机的关键部件进行振动测试,分析其时域特性和频谱特性,研究归纳井窖孔制作机各关键测点工作时的振动特性,提出改进方案。测试结果表明:各机型把手处主要激振源来自成孔钻头,手提式、手握式及斜挎式机型把手处产生振动最大幅值分别为33.601m/s^(2)、9.503m/s^(2)、29.261m/s^(2);手提式与手握式背架振动总量相近,斜挎式靠腰处振动总量大于前二者;综合可得,手握式两测点振动较另外两种机型小,但仍未达到相关设备振动评价指南要求。可以从井窖制作机操作杆、背架等结构进行优化改良。 In order to reduce the operating discomfort caused by the vibration when the well cellar making machine works,taking three common types of well cellar making machines as the research objective and carrying out the vibration test for the key components of the well cellar making machine by using DH5925 dynamic signal test and analysis system,this paper analyzes the time domain characteristics and frequency spectrum characteristics,studies and summarizes the vibration characteristics of each key measuring point of the pit hole making machine,and put forward the improvement scheme.The test result shows that the main excitation source at the handles of each model comes from the drilling bit.The maximum amplitudes of vibration generated at the handles of portable,hand-held and slung models are 33.601m/s^(2),9.503m/s^(2) and 29.261m/s^(2) respectively.The total vibration of portable and hand-held back frames is similar,and the total vibration at the waist of slung type is greater than the first two.As a result,the vibration of the hand-held two measuring points is smaller than that of the other two models,but it still does not meet the requirements of the vibration evaluation guidelines for relevant equipment.It can be optimized and improved from the structure of operating rod and back frame of well cellar making machine.
