摘要
在吹灌封(BFS)设备生产工艺流程中,会运用到模架的移动。若模架的定位精度不足不仅会影响灌装工艺流程中注射针精确注射到安培瓶中,还会在重复运动过程中出现累计误差。从而造成部分零部件的损坏,导致生产效率和产品合格率的降低。因此,在吹灌封(BFS)生产设备的基础上,针对移模运动构建了伺服电机移模运动的控制原理图,并对移模控制设计了PID、模糊控制器,在MATLAB/Simulink下进行仿真模拟,通过对比最终选择模糊控制算法完成了对模架定位的精确控制。最后对模架定位精度的实验结果进行了分析,表明该方法达到了设计要求。
In the production process of theBFS equipment,the movement of the formwork is applied. If the positioning accuracy of the mold base is insufficient,it will not only affect the precise injection of the injection needle into the ampule during the filling process,but also the cumulative error during repeated movement. As a result,some parts are damaged,resulting in a decrease in production efficiency and product yield. Therefore,on the basis of the BFS production equipment,the control principle diagram of the servo motor shifting motion is constructed for the shifting movement,the PID and fuzzy controller are designed for the shift control,and the simulation is performed under MATLAB/Simulink,the precise control of the positioning of the formwork is completed by comparing the final selection of the fuzzy control algorithm.Finally,the experimental results of the positioning accuracy of the formwork are analyzed,which shows that the method meets the design requirements.
