The Standardization of Brain-computer Interface:An overview

摘要 脑机接口技术正处于技术和产业爆发期,前瞻性研究和技术突破屡屡涌现,产业发展方兴未艾。作为交叉前沿领域,脑机接口相关的术语概念、信号获取、数据传输、编解码算法以及系统实现等方面的标准化需求日趋紧迫。当前,脑机接口领域尚无国家以及国际标准,为产业快速健康发展带来负面影响。本文从脑机接口的基本概念、技术现状、市场趋势出发,系统性分析关键标准化需求,对国际标准化组织中密切相关的技术委员会及分支机构进行梳理,综述了脑机接口标准化的国际国内进展,为标准化工作中各利益相关方提供参考工具。 Brain-computer interface is in the peak of inflated expectations.Emerging cutting-edge technologies and innovations ballooned both the industries and academia into the fast lane.As a cross-disciplinary topic,braincomputer interface is facing the increasingly urgent issue of the absence of standardization in every aspect of concepts,signal acquisition,data exchange,decoding algorithms,and the reference architecture.At present,there is no existing national standards or international standards for brain-computer interface,posing a threat to the thriving industries.The paper reviews the fundamentals,technologic and market trend of brain-computer interface,introduces the related international standardization organizations,and briefs the state and progressing of ongoing standardization projects,shedding new light on stakeholders in brain-computer interface standardization.
