基于生物质谱分析牛血清白蛋白二硫键的课程设计

摘要 "双一流"对于高校实验课程提出了更高要求,更加强调实践与探究性学习,然而现有的生物学实验课程教学内容已落后于现代生命科学的发展进程,难以向学生展现生命科学研究前沿。大型科研仪器在生命科学研究中发挥的作用越来越大,如生物质谱已成为蛋白质组学研究必不可少的工具,然而在高校中应用生物质谱结合生命科学前沿的实验课较少,亟待解决。因此,开设了一门基于生物质谱分析牛血清白蛋白中的二硫键的实验课程。通过该课程的学习,不但能使学生了解大型科学仪器生物质谱鉴定蛋白质的原理,也可以使学生掌握生物信息学软件,对于培养化学、生命、计算领域的学科交叉复合型人才具有重要意义。 “Double-First Class” puts forward higher requirements for experimental courses in the universities,and puts more emphasis on practical and exploratory learning. However, the content of existing biology experimental courses has lagged behind the development process of modern life science. Therefore, the undergraduates have few opportunities to understand the frontier of life science. Recently,large-scale scientific research instruments play an increasingly important role in life science. For example, the mass spectrometer has become an indispensable tool for proteomics research, but the application of large-scale scientific instruments in the universities is less, which needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, the experimental course was offered to analyze the disulfide bonds in bovine serum albumin using mass spectrometry. It not only renders undergraduates understand the principle of protein identification using mass spectrometry, but also enables them to master bioinformatic software. It is of great significance to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in the fields of chemistry, life, computer science.
