历史和实践视角下示范性职教集团提质培优路径研究 被引量:4

On the Ways of Improving the Quality of Demonstrative Vocational Education Groups from the Perspective of History and Practice

摘要 职业教育集团化办学是适应职业教育改革、整合多方资源力量、富含高质量内涵特点、具有中国特色的职业教育办学行为和办学模式。疏理示范性职教集团的历史发展,其经历了初步探索、快速发展、提质培优三个阶段。其实践探索显示,示范区域分布与职教发展水平相匹配,示范牵头单位与导向要求存在差异化,示范集团与职教改革发展项目有差距。对此,提出示范性职教集团的提质培优路径:在国家层面,加强顶层设计,做好宏观指导;在省级层面,加强树典培优,做好中观布局;在集团层面,加强提质增效,做好微观落实。 Vocational education group running school is to adapt to the reform of vocational education,integrate multi-resource strength,rich in high-quality connotation characteristics and Chinese characteristics of vocational education school-running behavior and schoolrunning mode.To sort out the historical development of the demonstrative vocational education group,it has experienced three stages:preliminary exploration,rapid development,and quality improvement.Its practical exploration shows that the distribution of demonstration areas matches the level of vocational education development,the demonstration lead unit and the orientation requirements are different,and there is a gap between the demonstration group and the vocational education reform and development project.In this regard,the demonstrative vocational education group’s quality improvement path is proposed:at the national level,strengthen the top-level design and do a good job of macro guidance;at the provincial level,strengthen the cultivation of codes and provide a meso-level layout;at the group level,strengthen the improvement of quality and efficiency,and do a good job of micro-implementation.
