构建“一带一路”高职教育共同体:江苏高职教育国际化实践

Constructing the“Belt and Road”Higher Vocational Education Community:The International Practice of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangsu

高等职业教育共同体是促进国际文化交流的重要组织形式,是人类命运共同体的重要组成部分。江苏省作为中国高职教育国际化办学的高原,在中外合作办学、来华留学生教育、境外办学等方面开展了比较丰富的实践,为高职教育共同体构建作出有益探索。在"一带一路"倡议实施背景下,"走出去"的江苏企业急需中外合作培养人才;而江苏高职院校在服务企业"走出去"方面的办学能力差异大,急需构建高职教育共同体。为此,需要强化高职教育共同体意识,推进基于群体认同的行动;为高职教育共同体提供保障,强化协同行动的制度建设;推进管理体制改革,建立权利均衡的协调机制。

The Higher Vocational Education Community is an important form of organization to promote international cultural exchanges and an important part of the community with a shared future for mankind.As a plateau for the internationalization of China’s higher vocational education,Jiangsu province has carried out relatively rich practices in Sino-foreign cooperative education,education of foreign students in China,and overseas education,making useful explorations for the construction of a higher vocational education community.In the context of the implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative,Jiangsu enterprises that"going abroad"urgently need Sinoforeign cooperation to train talents;while Jiangsu vocational colleges differ greatly in their ability to serve enterprises"going abroad",and there is an urgent need to build a higher vocational education community.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of the higher vocational education community,and promote actions based on group identity;provide guarantees for the higher vocational education community,and strengthen the system construction of coordinated action;promote the reform of the management system,and establish a coordination mechanism for balanced rights.
