Report on the Development of Foreign Language Education in Higher Vocational Education(2009-2019)

对我国2009-2019年高职英语类专业在教学标准体系建设、招生就业、人才培养模式、师资队伍、评价体系五个方面进行全面总结与回顾,发现教学标准体系建设成绩显著,为规范、提高英语类专业人才培养质量起到了重要指导作用;招生规模稳中有升、就业质量势头良好、社会服务能力不断提升;具有鲜明职业特色的订单式培养、现代学徒制等人才培养模式逐渐形成;教师信息化教学能力、科研能力长足发展;课证融合、以赛促教等职业特色多元化评价体系逐步完善。在高等职业教育的新形势下,高职英语类专业应认清自身的成就与挑战,推动新时代高职英语类专业内涵式发展,为社会培养出更多的高素质、复合型技术技能人才。

A comprehensive summary and review of 2009-2019 higher vocational English majors in the five aspects of teaching standard system construction,enrollment and employment,talent training mode,teaching staff,and evaluation system found that significant achievements have been made in the construction of the teaching standard system.It has played an important guiding role in improving the quality of English professional talent training;the scale of enrollment is steadily increasing,the quality of employment is in good momentum,and the ability of social services is constantly improving;talent training modes such as order-based training and modern apprenticeship with distinctive professional characteristics have gradually formed;teachers’informatization teaching ability and scientific research have developed by leaps and bounds;the diversified evaluation system for professional characteristics such as the integration of class certificates and the promotion of teaching through competitions has been gradually improved.Under the new situation of higher vocational education,higher vocational English majors should recognize their own achievements and challenges,promote the connotative development of higher vocational English majors in the new era,and cultivate more high-quality and compound technical skills for society.
