Jia Guanren and Vocational Education

贾观仁是我国近代著名的职业教育家,他在职业指导、职业训练等职业教育理论方面提出了许多真知灼见。加入中华职业教育社之后,他积极参与职业教材编订、职业教育考察等工作。作为任期最长的中华职业学校校长,他强调校风建设,注重爱国教育,为学生职业拓宽出路。贾观仁为职业教育鞠躬尽瘁,是中国近代教育史上的重要人物。

Jia Guanren is a well-known vocational educator in modern China.He has put forward many insights on vocational education theory such as vocational guidance and vocational training.After joining the China Vocational Education Association,he actively participated in his works such as the compilation of vocational textbooks and the investigation of vocational education.As the longestserving president of China Vocational School,he paid close attention to the construction of school spirit,emphasized patriotic education and tried his best to broaden the way for students’career.He devoted himself to vocational education and he is an important figure in the history of Chinese modern education.
