衍生化GC-MS分析何首乌中的脂肪酸组成及其指纹图谱研究

摘要 目的:分析何首乌药材中脂肪酸的组成,并建立其气相色谱-质谱指纹图谱。方法:采用索氏提取法提取何首乌中油脂类成分,甲酯化后用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析脂肪酸组成,以棕榈酸甲酯为参照物,测定其指纹图谱,并作相似度评价。结果:何首乌含20种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸有7种,占脂肪酸含量的72.14%;初步建立了以9个共有峰为特征指纹信息的何首乌脂肪酸类成分指纹图谱。结论:为何首乌质量评价和全面控制提供实验依据。 Objective: To analyze the compositions of fatty acid extracted from Polygoni Multiflori Radix(P. Multiflori) and establish a fingerprint analysis method. Methods: Essential oil was extracted from P. Multiflori in a soxhlet extractor, and analyzed by GC-MS for fatty acid compositions after methyl esterification. Using palmitic acid as the reference, the chromatographic fingerprint of the essential oil was established. Data were analyzed by a fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of samples. Results: P. Multiflori contained 20 fatty acids, including 7 unsaturated fatty acids accounting for 72.14% of the total amount of fatty acids. Fatty acid fingerprints with 9 common peaks for P. Multiflori were established. Conclusion: The study provides experimental basis for the quality assessment of P. Multiflori.
