动水作用下单一裂隙浆液扩散机理研究

摘要 在理论分析基础上,通过适当简化,建立了动水条件下单裂隙浆液扩散数学模型.获得了浆液极限扩散方程,并计算得到了逆水极限扩散半径与最大扩散开度的理论解答.逆水极限扩散半径与浆水速比成正比关系;浆液最大扩散开度与浆水速比成正比关系.实际注浆过程中,其比例系数为浆液粘度、裂隙倾角等因素的函数,而在理想流体假设条件下,其比例系数为1.建立了浆液扩散形态时空变化方程并研究了其变化规律,随着扩散距离增大,浆液沿不同方向扩散逐渐呈现出不均匀性.沿逆水扩散方向,扩散范围向极限扩散范围曲线迅速收敛;沿顺水扩散方向,扩散范围随时间持续增加,浆液逐渐趋于等速率扩散.研究结论可为裂隙动水注浆设计提供一定参考. On the basis of theoretical analysis,a mathematical model is established for grout diffusion in single fracture with running water,with proper simplification.The ultimate diffusion equation is acquired.Theoretical solution is calculated for ultimate upstream diffusing radius and ultimate diffusing width.Both the ultimate upstream diffusing radius and ultimate diffusing width are in direct proportion to the grout-water-velocity ratio.In grouting practice,the scale factor is a function of grout viscosity,fracture inclination and other factors,while for ideal fluid,the scale factor equals one.Temporal and spatial variation equation is established for grouting diffusing form,and the diffusing law is studied.As the grouting distance increases,grout diffusion appears to be asymmetrical in different directions.Along with the upstream direction,diffusion area converges to ultimate diffusing envelope curve.Along with the downstream direction,diffusion area increases with time,and grout velocity gradually becomes constant.Results may provide references to running water grouting design.
