微波灭菌柜消毒效果影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of microwave sterilizer disinfection effect

目的研究微波灭菌柜对废弃物消毒效果影响的因素。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对某微波灭菌柜杀菌影响因素进行观察。结果细菌芽孢染菌载体放置时间不影响微波杀菌效果。微波灭菌柜内物品装载量增加,杀菌效果也增加。微波灭菌柜开机运行时间延长可增强消毒效果。结论微波灭菌柜物品装载量和开机运行时间对消毒效果产生影响。

Objective To study the influence factors of microwave sterilization cabinet on the disinfection effect of waste.Methods The carrier quantitative sterilization experiment method was used to observe the factors affecting the sterilization of a microwave sterilization cabinet.Results The storage time of the bacterial spore-contaminated carrier did not affect the microwave sterilization effect.The amount of items loaded in the microwave sterilization cabinet increased,and the sterilization effect also increased.Prolonging the operating time of the microwave sterilizer could enhance the disinfection effect.Conclusion The loading capacity of the microwave sterilizer and the start-up time have an impact on the disinfection effect.
