某医院神经内科重症监护病房感染风险评估体系研究

Study on infection risk assessment system in neurology ICU of a hospital

目的建立医院神经内科重症监护病房(ICU)感染风险的评估指标体系。方法采用"结构—过程—结果"模型,构建某医院神经内科ICU感染风险评估指标体系。结果通过文献调查确定神经内科ICU感染相关的结构因素6个,以年龄≥60岁出现频次最高,达61.54%。治疗因素8个,以有创性操作和住院时间长出现频次最高。由上述指标中提取5个公因子(基础状况、年龄、季节、治疗时长、有创性操作),累计方差贡献率为76.896%。构建的指标体系由2个一级指标,5个二级指标和14个三级指标组成。结论"结构—过程—结果"模型在感染风险评估体系构建中具有适用性,为精准诊疗与照护提供依据。

Objective To establish an index system for evaluating the infection risk of neurology ICU in a hospital.Methods The“Structure-Process-Outcome”model was used to construct the index system for evaluating the infection risk of neurology ICU in a hospital.Results Six structural factors related to infection in neurology ICU were identified through literature survey,and the age≥60 years old had the highest frequency,reaching to 61.54%.There were 8 therapeutic factors,and invasive operations and long hospital stay had the highest frequency.Five common factors(basic condition,age,season,duration of treatment,and invasive operation)were extracted from the above indicators,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 76.896%.The constructed index system consisted of 2 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators and 14 third-level indicators.Conclusion The“Structure-Process-Outcome”model has applicability in the construction of system for evaluating the infection risk,and provides a basis for precise diagnosis,treatment and care.
