摘要
针对S700K型转辙机牵引国产钩型外锁闭大号码道岔时,存在表示杆缺口变化大的问题,提出改进转辙机表示杆连接的接头铁结构,减少表示杆的水平弯尺寸等措施,并实际应用于青荣城际莱西东线路所2#道岔,验证了表示杆缺口变化在标准范围内,减少了道岔因缺口变化超标导致故障的发生。
To address the problem that the clearance of the indication rod may change a lot where the S700K type switch machine drives domestic hook-type external locking big number turnout,measures are proposed such as improvement of the switch machine’joint iron structure connecting the indication rod and reducing the horizontal bending size of the indication rod.The improved design has been applied in the 2#turnout within Laixi East block post in Qing Rong intercity railway.It has been validated that the clearance variation of the indication rod is within the standard range,thus reducing the occurrence of failures caused by the clearance variation exceeding the standard.
