CBTC系统区域控制器重启后的临时限速控制方法研究

Research on Temporary Speed Limit Control Method after Restarting CBTC System’s Zone Controller

在轨道交通CBTC系统运营过程中,经常需要采用临时限速管理功能来保障特定区域(如居民区、灾害区、作业区等)的安全运营。CBTC系统通过区域控制器(ZC)进行临时限速管理,当ZC设备发生重启时,普遍采用的方式是将ZC管辖区设置为全线最低限速,虽然保证了安全,但是对运营秩序和效率可能带来较大影响。为此提出一种ZC重启后的临时限速控制方法,使ZC重启后能够保持重启前已生效的临时限速命令,保障列车行车安全。

In the operation of the CBTC system for rail transit,it is often necessary to use the function of temporary speed limit to ensure the safe operation of specific areas,such as residential areas,disaster areas,operation areas,etc..The CBTC system can impose temporary speed limit via the zone controller(ZC).When the ZC equipment is restarted,a common way is to set the ZC’s jurisdiction as the minimum speed limit.Although the safety can be guaranteed,it may have severe impact on the order and efficiency of train operation.Therefore,a method of temporary speed limit control after restarting the ZC is proposed,which can maintain the temporary speed limit command that has been in effect before the restart so as to ensure the safety of train operation.
