首发未服药精神分裂症患者白细胞总数与分类分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨首发精神分裂症患者异常的白细胞类型,为本疾病的病理机制及其诊疗提供依据和线索。方法 将117例首发未服药的精神分裂症患者(2016年5月~2020年5月)纳入研究组,并将同期117例正常人纳入对照组。检测白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、嗜碱性粒细胞计数。结果 与对照组比较,首发精神疾病患者白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05);精神分裂症患者嗜碱性粒细胞存在升高的趋势(P=0.078)。结论 首发精神分裂症患者血嗜碱性粒细胞有升高的趋势,炎症标志物在未来有可能帮助我们理解精神分裂症复杂的发病机制,亦可成为精神分裂症的诊断指标之一。 Objective To investigate the abnormal leukocyte types in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and to provide evidence and clues for the pathological mechanism and diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods A total of 117 antipsychotic-free patients with first-episode schizophrenia(May 2016 to May 2020)were included in the study group,and 117 healthy subjects during the same period were included in the control group. Total white blood cell count,neutrophil count,monocyte count,eosinophil count,basophil count were measured.Results Compared with the control group,no statistical significance was found in the total number of white blood cells,neutrophils,eosinophils and basophils in the patients with the first mental illness(P<0.05). However,There was a trend toward higher basophils in schizophrenia patients(P=0.078). Conclusions Blood basophils are elevated in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and inflammatory markers will likely in the future help us to understand the complex pathogenesis of schizophrenia as well as to be diagnostic markers.
