老年白内障患者疾病不确定感与其焦虑、抑郁及病情的关系

Correlation of Illness Uncertainty with Anxiety,Depression and Disease Characteristics in Elderly Cataract Patients

目的 探讨老年白内障患者疾病不确定感与其焦虑、抑郁及病情特点的相关性。方法 选择2019年1月~2020年1月75例老年白内障患者为研究对象,评估疾病不确定感量表(MUIS),采用医院焦虑抑郁自评量表(HADS)评估患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,调查患病侧、眼压、视力等病情特点,采用单因素分析以及多元逐步回归分析调查老年白内障患者疾病不确定感与焦虑、抑郁及病情特点的相关性。结果 75例老年白内障患者MUIS评分为65.98±6.01分;单因素分析显示,是否合并焦虑、抑郁、合并高度近视、合并高眼压,不同患病侧、患眼视力MUIS评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,合并焦虑、合并抑郁、合并高度近视、患病侧是老年白内障患者疾病不确定感的影响因素。结论 老年白内障患者普遍具有中度疾病不确定感,与焦虑、抑郁情绪以及合并高度近视、患病侧病等有关。

Objective To explore the relationship between the uncertainty of illness in elderly cataract patients and anxiety,depression and the characteristics of the illness. Methods Seventy-five elderly cataract patients from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects. The disease uncertainty scale(MUIS)were evaluated. The hospital anxiety and depression self-rating scale(HADS)were used to assess anxiety and depression,and investigate the disease characteristics of the affected side,intraocular pressure,vision,etc. Single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation between the uncertainty of disease in elderly cataract patients and anxiety,depression and the characteristics of the disease. Results The MUIS score of 75 elderly cataract patients was(65.98±6.01)points. Univariate analysis showed that whether it was combined with anxiety,depression,high myopia,and combined high intraocular pressure,the difference in visual acuity of different affected sides and eyes with MUIS scores was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that combined anxiety,combined depression,combined high myopia,and the affected side are the influencing factors for the uncertainty of disease in elderly cataract patients. Conclusion Elderly cataract patients generally have a moderate sense of disease uncertainty,which is related to anxiety,depression,combined high myopia,side disease,etc.
