核苷类似物、干扰素及心理治疗对慢性乙肝患者的疗效及对心理状态的影响

Effects of nucleoside analogues,interferon and psychotherapy on chronic hepatitis B patients and their psychological status

目的 探讨分析核苷类似物(NAs)、干扰素(IFN)及心理治疗对慢性乙肝(CHB)患者的疗效及对心理状态的影响。方法 选取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间收治的80例CHB患者作为本次研究的对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组40例CHB患者给予NAs+IFN治疗,观察组40例CHB患者加用心理治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、肝纤维化指标、健康调查简表(SF-36),以及治疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)复常率。结果 治疗后观察组患者SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者HA、LN、IV-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1、3、6、12个月时的ALT复常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NAs+IFN+心理治疗对CHB患者有较好疗效,可促进ALT复常,改善患者肝功能及心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of nucleoside analogue(NAs),interferon(IFN)and psychotherapy on chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients and their psychological status. Methods 80 patients with CHB treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the main subjects of this study. The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.40 patients with CHB in the control group were treated with NAS + IFN,and 40 patients with CHB in the observation group were treated with psychotherapy. The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),liver fibrosis index,short form of Health Survey(SF-36)and the normalization rate of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of HA,LN and IV-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of SF-36 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The normalization rate of ALT in the observation group at 1,3,6 and 12 months of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion NAS + IFN + psychotherapy has a good effect on patients with CHB. It can promote the normalization of alt,improve patients’ liver function and psychological state,and improve their quality of life.
