摘要
试验旨在研究植物精油配合蜂胶提取物的复合物对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选取960只1日龄的白羽肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复20只。对照组(A组)肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组(B组、C组、D组)分别在肉鸡基础日粮中添加植物精油与蜂胶提取物的复合物100、200、300 g/t。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,D组肉鸡的EPI指数显著升高(P<0.05),B组、C组数值有所升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,C组、D组肉鸡的屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05),腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05);D组肉鸡全净膛率显著提高(P<0.05),肝脂率显著降低(P<0.05)。D组肉鸡胸肌的脂肪、蛋白含量均显著升高(P<0.05),腿肌的蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,植物精油及蜂胶复合提取物作为饲料添加剂能够显著提高白羽肉鸡的EPI值、屠宰率和全净膛率,降低腹脂率和肝脂率,提高鸡胸肉的蛋白质含量和脂肪含量,减少鸡腿肉的蒸煮损失,能够明显改善白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质。
The experiment was to study the effect of plant essential oil and propolis extract compound on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of white feather broilers. 960 one-day-old white feather broilers were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with 12 replicates in each group and 20 replicates in each group. The broilers in control group(group A) were fed with basal diet, the broilers in experimental group(group B, group C and group D) were fed with basal diets supplemented with 100, 200 and 300 g/t complex of plant essential oil and propolis extract, respectively. The experiment period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with control group, EPI index of broilers in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05), the value of broilers in group B and group C was increased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Compared with control group, the slaughter percentage of broilers in group C and group D was significantly increased(P<0.05), the abdominal fat percentage was significantly decreased(P<0.05),eviscerated rate of broilers in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05), and liver fat rate was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The fat and protein content in breast muscle of broilers in group D were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the cooking loss in leg muscle was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that plant essential oil and compound propolis extract as white broilers feed additive can obviously improve the EPI value chamber, slaughter rate and total net rate, decrease the rate of abdominal fat and liver fat rate, improve broilers breast meat protein content and fat content, reduce the cooking loss of meat broilers legs, can significantly improve enwrapped broilers growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality.
