刺五加多糖对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响

Effect of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers

试验研究刺五加多糖(ASP)对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。选取240只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,ASP低量组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮+500 mg/kg ASP,ASP中量组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮+1 000 mg/kg ASP,ASP高量组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮+2 000 mg/kg ASP。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,ASP中量组和ASP高量组肉鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),ASP中量组肉鸡的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);ASP中量组和ASP高量组肉鸡的血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05);ASP中量组和ASP高量组肉鸡的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,ASP能够提高肉鸡的生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,在肉鸡饲料中适宜的添加量为1 000 mg/kg。

The experiment was to study effect of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers. 240 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group and ten broilers in each replicate. The broilers in control group were fed with a basic diet, the broilers in low dose group were fed with a basic diet + 500 mg/kg ASP, the broilers in medium dose group were fed with a basic diet + 1 000 mg/kg ASP, and the broilers in high dose group were fed with a basic diet + 2 000 mg/kg ASP. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain of broilers in ASP medium dose group and high dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio of broilers in ASP medium dose group was significantly reduced(P<0.05). The content serum IgG level of broilers in ASP medium dose group and high dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The activity of serum GSH-Px, the activity of SOD and T-AOC of broilers in medium and high dose groups of ASP were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content serum MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that ASP can improve the growth performance, immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers, the appropriate addition amount of ASP in broiler feed is 1 000 mg/kg.
