Effect of different chemical treatments on nutrient composition and digestibility of cotton straw

摘要 试验旨在探究蒸汽爆破和尿素结合的化学处理对棉花秸秆(CS)营养成分和瘤胃降解性能的影响。试验设对照组(CON组)、蒸汽爆破组(SE组)、蒸汽爆破后发酵组(SEF组)、爆破后添加尿素组(SEU组)和尿素混合菌制剂组(SEFU组),检测常规营养成分和瘤胃降解率。结果显示:与CON组相比,SE组、SEF组、SEU组和SEFU组CS中粗蛋白(CP)含量分别提高了0.61%、0.90%、0.96%和0.78%(P<0.05),木质素(ADL)含量分别降低了2.99%、3.91%、8.62%和6.17%(P<0.05);SE组、SEF组和SEU组CS的干物质(DM)有效降解率分别提高1.14%、3.00%和4.57%(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)有效降解率分别提高0.50%、0.74%和2.04%(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)有效降解率分别提高2.30%、3.14%和3.93%(P<0.05)。研究表明,蒸汽爆破处理能够有效提高棉花秸秆的营养价值,提高营养物质消化率,蒸汽爆破后用尿素处理效果更佳。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of chemical treatment combined with steam blasting and urea on nutrient composition and rumen degradation performance of cotton straw. The experiment included control group(CON group), steam explosion group(SE group), steam explosion fermentation group(SEF group), urea addition group(SEU group) and urea mixed bacteria preparation group(SEFU group). Routine nutrients and rumen degradation rate were detected. The results showed that compared with CON group, CP content of CS in SE group, SEF group, SEU group and SEFU group was increased by 0.61%, 0.90%, 0.96% and 0.78%(P<0.05), and the content of ADL was decreased by2.99%, 3.91%, 8.62% and 6.17%(P<0.05), respectively. The effective degradation rates of DM of CS in SE group, SEF group and SEU group were increased by 1.14%, 3.00% and 4.57%(P<0.05), the effective degradation rates of NDF were increased by 0.50%, 0.74% and 2.04%(P<0.05), and the effective degradation rates of ADF were increased by 2.30%,3.14% and 3.93%(P<0.05), respectively. The experiment indicates that steam explosion treatment can effectively increase the nutritional value of cotton straw, and improve the digestibility. The effect of urea treatment after steam explosion is better.
