摘要
由于气体燃料容易实现燃烧过程精确控制及燃烧的清洁化,文章采用数值计算的方法,对6种常见气体燃料的燃烧特性及热特性进行理论计算,并通过改变空气过量系数、空气预热温度、富氧度等燃烧条件对其燃烧特性及热特性进行对比和分析。结果表明,预热温度每提高200℃,对于天然、焦炉煤气和沼气来说,可提高燃烧温度约90℃,高炉煤气和发生炉煤气的燃烧温度提高约70℃;对于高炉煤气、发生炉煤气和转炉煤气,过量空气系数每增加0.1,排烟损失率约增加0.4%。烟气循环能降低烟气中O_(2)浓度和理论燃烧温度,从而有效抑制氮氧化物的生成。
As gas fuels are easy to achieve precise control of the combustion process and clean combustion,the numerical calculation was used to theoretically research the combustion characteristics and thermal characteristics of six common gas fuels by changing the air excess coefficient and air preheating temperature,oxygen enrichment and other factors.The results show that the theoretical combustion temperature can be increased by increasing the air preheating temperature and increasing the oxygen enrichment.Each increase of preheating temperature by 200℃can increase the combustion temperature by about 90℃for natural gas,coke oven gas and biogas,and blast furnace gas and by about 70℃for blast furnace gas and producer gas;for blast furnace gas,producer gas and converter gas,every time the excess air coefficient increases by 0.1,the smoke loss rate increases by about 0.4%.Flue gas circulation can reduce the flue gas the O_(2) concentration and theoretical combustion temperature can effectively inhibit the formation of nitrogen oxides.
