Governance of Doctor-Patient Mentality in Cyberspace:Concept,Logic,and Issues

医患社会心态的网络空间治理是在网络空间中对医患群体进行社会心态治理,进而改善医患关系的治理实践,其涵盖以社会心态治理为手段、以网络空间治理为领域和以医患关系治理为目标的三重治理逻辑。网络空间具有承载线下医患心态和生成线上医患心态的双重属性,这对应了网络医患心态治理的两大议题:一是对线下医患心态在网络空间中特殊表现形态的治理,二是对在线医疗自身形塑的医患关系与医患心态的治理。网络医患心态治理只有立足于多元协同的整体治理脉络之中,才可为完善医患关系治理提供有益补充。

Governance of doctor-patient social mentality in cyberspace is the governance practice of doctor-patient mentality to improve doctor-patient relationship in cyberspace,which covers the triple governance logic of social mentality governance as a means,cyberspace governance as a domain,and doctor-patient relationship governance as a goal.Cyberspace has the dual attributes of offline and online doctor-patient mentality.Thus,there exists two major issues of governance of doctor-patient mentality in cyberspace:One is governance of the special form of offline doctor-patient mentality in cyberspace,and the other is governance of online the doctor-patient relationship and mentality generated online.Only when the governance of the online doctor-patient mentality is based on the overall governance of multiple synergy can it provide a useful supplement to improve the governance of doctor-patient relationship.
