摘要
科学识别绿色水资源效率在不同地区之间的传导关系并揭示其空间联动的驱动机制,是实现黄河流域水资源可持续利用的前提。以黄河流域沿线56个城市为研究靶区,采用非期望Super-SBM模型测算2007-2019年绿色水资源效率,并通过社会网络分析框架考察其空间网络结构关系及演化因素,结果表明:1.黄河流域大部分城市绿色水资源利用未达到生产前沿面;2.黄河流域绿色水资源效率空间关联呈现复杂的网络关系,“核心—边缘”结构特征突出;3.经济发展水平、科技水平和邻接关系差异对黄河流域绿色水资源效率空间网络结构的形成和演化影响较大,产业结构、城镇化水平和水资源禀赋差异也产生显著的正向作用,但居民用水需求差异对空间关联程度的提升具有抑制作用。
Scientific identification of the transmission relationship between green water resources efficiency in different regions and revealing the driving mechanism of its spatial linkage are the prerequisites for achieving sustainable water resources utilization in the Yellow River Basin.This paper takes 56 cities along the Yellow River Basin as the research target areas,uses the undesired Super-SBM model to measure the efficiency of green water resources from 2007 to 2019,and examines its spatial network structure relationship and evolution factors through the social network analysis framework.The results show that the utilization of green water resources in most cities in the Yellow River Basin has not reached the production frontier;The green water resources efficiency network presents a complex network relationship,and has obvious characteristics of the“core-periphery”in these areas;The differences in industrial structure,urbanization level and water endowment also have significant positive effects,while the differences in residential water demand have inhibiting effects on the improvement of spatial correlation.
