摘要
目的通过对广东某垃圾发电厂职业卫生现状调查和分析,确定其职业病防护重点,提出针对性防护管控措施。方法应用职业卫生现场调查法对电厂的相关情况进行收集,采用工作场所职业病危害因素检测法对存在的职业病危害因素进行检测。结果检测结果显示,垃圾吊岗和化水值班岗分别在巡检垃圾池和炉水加药间氨水计量罐时氨的短时间接触浓度不符合职业接触限值要求,分别为37.4和36.2 mg/m^(3);锅炉值班岗、专职巡检员的噪声暴露强度超过了职业接触限值,分别为85.5和96.1 dB(A);其他各岗位接触的职业病危害因素浓度或强度符合相关要求。结论该垃圾发电厂应对化学物质、噪声、高温和有限空间作业予以重视,日常运营过程中应确保各类防护设施完好,加强职业卫生管理,改善劳动人员作业环境。
Objective To investigate and examine the occupational hazards and harm degree,this paper analyzes the critical control point and puts forward protective measures against occupational hazards in the process of living garbage power plant in Guangdong.Methods The field occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards detection were employed.Results The results showed that the concentration-short term exposure limit of ammonia in the garbage pool and in the boiler water dosing room were 37.4 mg/m3 and 36.2 mg/m^(3) respectively,and the noise intensity of boiler duty post and full-time inspector were 85.5 dB(A)and 96.1 dB(A)respectively,which exceeded the requirement of the exposure limit of occupational hazard in the workplace.The occupational disease inductive concentration or intensity of other positions was supposed to meet the relevant requirements.Conclusion The enterprise should pay attention to chemical hazardous agents,noise,heat stress and limited space operation.Meanwhile,the prevention equipment is expected to be in good condition,occupational management needs to be strengthened,and the working environment is to be enhanced.
