摘要
目的分析安阳市某二甲基乙酰胺生产线产生的主要职业危害因素,确定职业病防护的关键控制点及其防护对策。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行综合评价。结果二甲基乙酰胺生产线主要存在的氨(C_(TWA)为0.3~0.8 mg/m^(3))、一氧化碳(C_(TWA)为2.2~2.5 mg/m^(3))、乙酸(C_(TWA)为0.4~3.4 mg/m^(3))、二甲基乙酰胺(C_(TWA)为0.8~2.9 mg/m^(3))二甲基甲酰胺(C_(TWA)为1.2~3.7 mg/m^(3))、甲醇(C_(STEL)<1.0 mg/m^(3))、噪声强度为73.8~79.3 dB(A)等职业病危害因素均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该二甲基乙酰胺生产线针对存在的职业病危害因素,从职业卫生管理、个人防护用品、工程防护设施、职业健康监护等方面综合施治,施行了行之有效的防护措施,且防护效果良好。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the main occupational hazard factors of a dimethylacetamide production line in Anyang, and put forward the key control points and preventive measures of the occupational hazards.Methods The exposure level of occupational hazards and the influence of occupational health of workers were evaluated by means of occupational health field investigation, occupational disease factor detection and occupational health examination.Results The occupational risk factors such as ammonia(C_(TWA)0.3-0.8 mg/m^(3)), carbon monoxide(C_(TWA)2.2-2.5 mg/m3), acetic acid(C_(TWA)0.4-3.4 mg/m^(3)), dimethylacetamide(C;0.8-2.9 mg/m^(3), Dimethylformamide(C_(TWA)1.2-3.7 mg/m^(3)), methanol(C_(STEL)<1.0 mg/m^(3))and noise 73.8-79.3 dB(A) in the dimethylacetamide production line were all lower than the occupational exposure limit.Conclusion The production line of the dimethylacetamide has taken practical protective measures from the aspects of occupational health management, engineering protection facilities, personal protective equipment and occupational health monitoring in view of the existing occupational hazard factors, and the protective effect is good.
