潍坊市市售动物源性食品中多种兽药残留分布研究 被引量:3

Investigation on the distribution of various veterinary drug residues in animal food in Weifang City

摘要 目的研究潍坊市市售动物源性食品中多种兽药残留分布现状。方法选取2018-2021年潍坊12个县、市(区)市场上常见的动物源性食品,对其中的氯霉素、β-受体激动剂、硝基呋喃代谢物、灭蝇胺采用UPLC-MS/MS分析技术进行监测。结果抽检市售猪肉、羊肉、牛肉各30份;其中猪肉样品中1份检出克伦特罗残留,含量为1.89μg/kg,不合格率为3.33%;其他均未检出。抽检市售猪肉、水产品、鸡肉、鸡蛋样品各30份;其中猪肉样品中检出1份含硝基呋喃西林代谢物(SEM)残留,含量5.45μg/kg,不合格率为3.33%;水产品中1份含有硝基呋喃它酮代谢物(AMOZ)残留,含量为7.32μg/kg,不合格率为3.33%;其他均未检出。氯霉素残留均未检出。抽检市售鸡蛋样品30份,检出1份中含有灭蝇胺,检出率为3.33%,残留量为0.22 mg/kg。结论潍坊市市售动物源性食品中检出超标样品4批次,综合检出率不高,但风险因素仍存在,畜牧养殖合规合法的饲料添加剂使用还需更规范,应加强监管动物源性食品潜在安全隐患。 Objective This paper aims to analyze the distribution of a variety of veterinary drug residues in animal food sold in Weifang City.Methods The common animal food in weifang 12 counties and urban areas in recent years was selected,and the chloramphenicol,β-receptor agonist,nitrofuran metabolite and fibronamine were monitored by UPLC-MS/MS analysis technology.Results 30 samples of pork,mutton and beef were sampled,and clenbuterol residue was found in one of the pork samples with the content of 1.89μg/kg,and the unqualified rate was 3.33%.None of the others were detected.30 samples of pork,aquatic products,chicken and egg on the market were randomly checked.One of the pork samples was found to contain SEM residue with the content of 5.45μg/kg and the unqualified rate was 3.33%.One of the aquatic products contained AMOZ residue with the content of 7.32μg/kg and the unqualified rate was 3.33%.None of the others were detected.Chloramphenicol residue was not detected.A total of 30 eggs were sampled and one of them was found to contain mylobacylamine.The detection rate was 3.33%,and the residual amount was 0.22 mg/kg.Conclusion Among 420 batches of samples,4 batches of samples exceeding the standard were detected,and the comprehensive detection rate was not high,but risk factors still exist.The use of feed additives conforming to the laws of animal husbandry and breeding needed to be more standardized,and We should strengthen supervision over the potential safety hazards on the table.
