肺腺癌患者EGFR-19、EGFR-21及TTF-1表达水平与临床特征的关系 被引量:1

Study on the relationship of EGFR-19,21 and TTF-1 expression with clinical features in patients with lung adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的探讨肺腺癌患者表皮生长因子-19(EGFR-19)、表皮生长因子-21(EGFR-21)及甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)表达与临床特征的关系。方法收集本院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的80例肺腺癌患者,测定EGFR-19、EGFR-21及TTF-1表达水平,分析上述指标与肺腺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果EGFR-19、EGFR-21均阳性表达中女性比例(52.63%)高于男性(30.95%)、不吸烟比例(49.15%)高于吸烟(19.05%)、中高分化比例(49.15%)高于低分化(19.05%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);TTF-1阳性表达中不吸烟比例(98.39%)高于吸烟(22.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson分析显示,EGFR-19突变与TTF-1表达无相关性(P>0.05),EGFR-21突变与TTF-1表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论EGFR-19、EGFR-21及TTF-1和临床特征有明显相关性,通过联合检测上述指标可为肺腺癌防治提供参考。 Objective To investigate the relationship of epidermal growth factor receptor-19,-21(EGFR21)and thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1)expression with clinical features in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who admitted in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of EGFR-19,21 and TTF-1 was detected,and the relationship of EGFR-19,21 and TTF-1 expression with clinical features in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The proportion of EGFR-19 and 21 positive mutation in the female(52.63%)was higher than that in the male(30.95%),the proportion of no-smoking(49.15%)was higher than that of smoking(19.05%),and the proportion of high and middle differentiation was higher than that of low differentiation(P<0.05);The proportion of no-smoking in TTF-1 positive expression was higher than that of smoking(P<0.05);The differences are statistically significant.According to Pearson analysis,EGFR-19 mutation was positively correlated with TTF-1 expression,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and EGFR-21 mutation was positively correlated with TTF-1 expression(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFR-19,EGFR-2 and TTF-1 are significantly related to the clinical features of patients,and the combined detection of the above indexes can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.
