同步加量调强放疗对食管鳞癌患者近期生存率及不良反应的影响

Effect of simultaneous integrated boost intensity modulated radiation therapy on short-term survival rate and adverse reactions in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的探究同步加量调强放疗对食管鳞癌患者近期生存率及不良反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10本院收治的食管鳞癌化疗患者126例,采用随机对照原则分为常规化疗组63例和加强组63例。常规化疗组给予常规分割化疗,加强组给予同步加量调强放疗,比较两组患者近期生存率以及放疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者PGTV照射剂量均≥50 Gy。加强组6、12个月生存率(95.24%,85.71%)均高于常规化疗组(82.54%,69.84%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。加强组不良反应发生率(12.70%)低于常规化疗组(26.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同步加量调强放疗可以提高食管鳞癌患者近期生存率,降低不良反应发生率,效果较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of simultaneous integrated boost intensity modulated radiation therapy(SIB-IMRT) on short-term survival rate and adverse reactions in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 126 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma chemotherapy in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were divided into groups according to randomized controlled principle. Routine chemotherapy group(63 cases) was given routine fractionated chemotherapy;Intensified group(63 cases) was given SIB-IMRT. The short-term survival rate and adverse reactions during radiotherapy were compared between two groups. Results The dose of PGTV irradiation in both groups was ≥50 Gy. The 6-month and 12-month survival rates in intensified group(95.24%, 85.71%) were higher than those in routine chemotherapy group(82.54%, 69.84%), and the incidence of adverse reactions in intensified group(12.70%) was lower than that in routine chemotherapy group(26.98%)(P<0.05).Conclusion SIB-IMRT for patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma can increase short-term survival rate and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions, which has better effects.
