中美健身教练职业资格认证制度比较研究

Comparative Study on the Professional Certification System of Fitness Instructor Between America and China

采用文献资料、比较研究和逻辑分析的方法,对中美健身教练职业资格认证制度进行比较研究。研究发现中美两国健身教练职业资格认证制度的不同主要体现在:健身教练职业资格认证管理机构与培训机构不同;健身教练培训内容和认证方式有区别;健身教练认证报考条件和执业范围差异较大;健身教练证书更新制度和持续教育制度截然不同;健身教育组织及联盟差异明显。通过比较分析认为,两国健身教练资格认证制度各有优劣,借鉴美国健身教练培训的经验,结合中国实际情况,提出以下改进措施:建立以行业发展为根本的认证组织体系;制定以功能性和产品化为主导的培训内容体系;完善认证更新与持续教育制度;建立与加入国际国内健身教育联盟,形成互认互动的长效机制;明确行业主管部门角色与职能。

Using the methods of literature and comparative research and logical analysis,this paper makes a comparative study on the professional certification systems of fitness instructor between China and the United States.It is found that fitness instructor training content and certification methods are different and fitness instructor certification application conditions and scope of practice differ significantly.Meanwhile,the fitness instructor certificate renewal system is quite different from the continuous education system.Significant differences are also found in fitness education organizations and alliances.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the certification systems of fitness coaches in the two countries have their own advantages and disadvantages.Based on the training experience of fitness coaches in the United States and the actual situation in China,the following improvement measures are put forward:establishing a certification organization system based on the development of the industry;developing a functional and productivity-oriented training content system;perfecting certification update and continuous education system;establishing and joining international and domestic fitness education alliance to form a long-term mechanism of mutual recognition and interaction;defining the roles and functions of industry authorities.
