小分子Mer激酶抑制剂研究进展

Research advances of small molecule Mer kinase inhibitors

摘要 Mer(monocytesepithelial tissue reproductive tissue)激酶参与调节细胞分化、存活、迁移及炎症细胞因子的释放等复杂生理进程,其过度表达可导致肿瘤的发生、增殖和侵袭等,因此抑制Mer激酶活性已成为肿瘤治疗的新策略。本文对Mer激酶的结构、生物学功能以及相关的小分子抑制剂的研究进展进行综述,并结合作者自身研发经历进行展望。 Mer receptor tyrosine mediates the cell differentiation, cell survival, cell motility, releasing inflammatory factors and other complex pathophysiologic proceedings.Abnormal activation or overexpression of Mer RTK has been implicated in neoplastic progression of many cancers.There fore, Mer inhibitors have drawn increasing attention.The recent research advances on small molecule Mer kinase inhibitors are reviewed in this paper.
