摘要
针对繁忙扇区受进出交通影响,缺乏量化决策模型,从而依赖空中交通管制员的个人经验,进而导致运行通行能力大幅下降的问题,开展考虑进出交通影响的扇区运行通行能力研究。首先,根据民航实际运行规则、扇区结构、机型组合和飞行速度等建立理论通行能力模型;然后,通过结合进出交通流构成和运行特征,对理论通行能力模型进行改进,得到进出交通影响下的运行通行能力模型。仿真结果表明,仿真计算值与平日观测值的平均绝对百分比误差为7.1%,证实了航迹规整度以及阻碍时间对扇区运行通行能力有显著影响。
Due to the lack of quantitative decision-making model for the influence of access traffic in busy sectors, the operating capacity was greatly reduced owing to relying on the personal experience of air traffic controllers, then the study on the sector operating capacity considering the influence of access traffic was carried out. Firstly, the theoretical traffic capacity model was established according to the actual operation rules, sector structure, aircraft mix and flight speed. Secondly, the theoretical model was improved by combining the composition and operating characteristics of access traffic flow, then the sector operating capacity model under influence of access traffic was established. The simulation result shows that the average absolute percentage error between the simulation values and observed values is 7.1%, and it is confirmed that the trajectory regularity and obstruction time have a significant impact on the sector operating capacity.
