摘要 基于锻造、轧制、挤压三种不同的开坯方式论述材料开坯的研究现状,并且介绍了三种开坯方式各自影响开坯质量的主要因素。简单分析比较了三种开坯方式的优缺点。重点阐述材料锻造开坯及其锻透性的研究现状,并对锻透性的影响因素、理论模型及其研究方法进行论述。最后,表明了研究锻透性的重要意义,指出目前对于材料开坯的研究存在的一些问题,并对锻透性的理论研究及目前存在并需要解决的问题进行了展望。 The research status of material cogging was discussed based on three different cogging methods:forging,rolling and extrusion,and the main factors of the three cogging methods were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the three cogging methods were simply analyzed and compared.The research status of forging cogging and forging penetration of materials was expounded emphatically.The influencing factors,theoretical models and research methods of forging penetration were discussed.Finally,the significance of the study of forging permeability was indicated,some problems existing in the current research of material cogging were pointed out,and the theoretical research of forging permeability and the existing problems that need to be solved were prospected.
