青岛市社区高血压患者降压药物使用现状及服药依从性分析

Analysis on status of antihypertensive drug use and medication compliance in community hypertensive patients,Qingdao city

目的了解青岛市西海岸新区高血压患者降压药物的使用情况,对其服药依从性进行分析,为后期高血压防控及科学管理提供理论依据。方法2009-2015年7月采用全人群队列设计的观察性研究方法,选取年龄>35岁的70868例青岛市西海岸新区高血压居民作为调查对象,进行询问和填写问卷。结果从用药品种来看,在各类降压药物的使用中,使用率最高的三类药物分别是卡托普利(57.77%)、阿司匹林(23.88%)、尼群地平(22.65%),分析显示,男女性卡托普利、尼群地平使用率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访初期高血压患者的服药依从率约为32.82%;管理的末次随访时高血压患者的服药依从率约为49.65%。结论对高血压患者采取规范化管理后,其服药依从率显著提高。

Objective To understand the use of antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension in west coast new area of Qingdao city,and analyze the medication compliance,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hypertension and scientific management in the later period.Methods Using an observational research method with a whole population cohort design,70868 hypertensive residents aged≥35 years in the west coast new area of Qingdao city were selected as the survey subjects to ask questions and fill in the questionnaire.Results From the perspective of drug varieties,the 3 types of drugs with the highest utilization rate were captopril(57.77%),aspirin(23.88%)and nitrendipine(22.65%),and the analysis showed that there was statistical significance in the utilization rate of captopril and nitrendipine between male and female(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of patients with hypertension in the early follow-up was about 32.82%.The compliance rate of hypertension patients at the last follow-up was about 49.65%.Conclusion After standardized management of patients with hypertension,the drug compliance rate is significantly improved.
