摘要
目的快速查找新产品车间配液间作业工人中毒原因,做好紫外线的防护以预防类似事件再次发生。方法威海市疾控中心人员深入工厂车间进行职业卫生学调查。结果2020年4月29日凌晨4点,该公司新产品车间配液间的百级层流罩内安装5台紫外线灯后,一直未关闭。到下午17:30紫外线灯才关闭。在这期间白班有26人接受了8个小时紫外线照射,中班有19人接受了1个小时紫外线照射。过滤岗位紫外辐射度1.23μW/cm^(2),摆管和加玻璃珠岗位紫外辐射度1.76μW/cm^(2),灌装和组装盖帽岗位紫外辐射度1.98μW/cm^(2),均超过工作场所紫外辐射职业接触限值。共有45名工人于紫外线照射后2日内出现视力模糊、角膜充血、流泪等眼部症状,临床诊断为眼部灼烧,经职业流行病学调查判断为一起紫外线灼伤事故。结论这是一起因紫外线灯未关照射直接灼伤引起的45人发生紫外线灼伤事故。
Objective Quickly find out the cause of poisoning among night-working workers in the new product workshop,UV protection should be done to prevent similar incidents.Methods The staff of Weihai city center for disease control and prevention went to the factory to conduct occupational health surveys.Results At 4:00 am on April 29,2020,5 ultraviolet lights were installed in the hundred-grade laminate hood in the company’s new product workshop.The UV light was not turned off until 17:30 pm.During this period,26 people were exposed to ultraviolet rays for 8 hours.19 people in the middle class were exposed to ultraviolet rays for 1 hour.The UV radiation intensity of the filter post was 1.23μW/cm^(2),the UV radiation intensity of the swing tube and glass beading post was 1.76μW/cm^(2),and the UV radiation intensity of the filling and capping position was 1.98μW/cm^(2),all positions exceed the occupational exposure limit of UV radiation in the workplace.Conclusion This is a UV burn accident of 45 people caused by direct burns caused by the left-on UV lamp.
