临床药学专业学生对毕业实习后药学服务胜任力的自我评价

Self-assessment of clinical pharmacy students’competency in pharmaceutical service after graduation internship

目的考察临床药学专业学生毕业实习结束时的药学服务胜任力。方法基于李克特量表对《药师药学服务胜任力评价标准(试行)》中的二级指标设定评分水平,制定自我问卷调查表。在毕业实习前后将自我问卷调查表发放给临床药学专业学生,开展药学服务胜任力的自我评定。结果与毕业实习前比较,毕业实习结束后临床药学专业学生在27项胜任力二级指标中服务意识、计算机知识、解决问题能力和学习发展能力等4项胜任力得到了显著提升(P<0.05),心理学知识、临床思维能力、团队合作能力、沟通协调能力、处方调剂能力和影响力等6项胜任力趋于提升(0.05<P<0.1),其他二级指标的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论《药师药学服务胜任力评价标准(试行)》自我评价量表可用于临床药学专业毕业生药学服务胜任力的评价,但还需制定客观评价量规,进一步完善毕业生药学服务胜任力的评价标准。

AIM To investigate the pharmaceutical service competency of clinical pharmacy students at the end of graduation internship.METHODS The score of the secondary indexes in‘Evaluation Criteria of Competency of Pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Care(Trial Implementation)’was set based on the Likert scale,and the self-questionnaire form was formulated.The questionnaires were distributed to students studying clinical pharmacy before and after graduation internship,and the pharmaceutical service competency was evaluated by them-self.RESULTS Compared with before graduation internship,the service consciousness,computer knowledge,problem-solving ability,and learning development ability in 27 secondary indicators after graduation internship were significantly improved(P<0.05);psychological knowledge,clinical thinking ability,teamwork ability,communication and coordination ability,prescription dispensing ability,and influence ability were trend to improved(0.05<P<0.1);however,there was no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The self-evaluation questionnaire of‘Evaluation Criteria of Competency of Pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Care’can be used to assess competency of pharmaceutical service for clinical pharmacy graduates,but it is necessary to make objective evaluation rubric and further improve the evaluation criteria of pharmaceutical service competency of graduates.
