Influence of COVID-19 on oral outpatient and emergency drug use

目的了解新冠肺炎疫情对口腔门急诊药品使用的影响,为合理用药管理提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,对比分析2019和2020年门急诊各科总处方金额、处方数量及单张处方金额,以及门急诊销售金额排名前20的药品变化。结果2019和2020年,门诊总处方金额分别为909.27、618.26万元,处方数量分别为25.77、15.81万张,单张处方金额分别为(35.28±88.52)、(39.11±96.52)元;急诊总处方金额分别为78.44、105.62万元,处方数量分别为4.49、5.14万张,单张处方金额分别为(17.47±23.63)、(20.56±23.84)元。门急诊销售金额前20位药品中,有15种药品在2年中均居前20位,药品品种使用较为稳定。结论新冠肺炎疫情减少了口腔门诊药品消耗,同时增加了口腔急诊药品消耗。疫情前后口腔门急诊平均处方金额均较低,药品品种使用较为稳定,符合口腔疾病的药物治疗特点,临床用药较为合理。

AIM To investigate the influence of COVID-19 on oral outpatient and emergency drug use so as to provide references for rational drug use management.METHODS Retrospective statistical method was used to compare and analyze the changes of total prescription amount,prescription number,single prescription amount,and the top 20 drugs in outpatient and emergency consumption sum from 2019 to 2020.RESULTS In 2019 and 2020,the total amount of outpatient prescriptions was 9.0927 and 6.1826 million Yuan,the number of prescriptions was 257730 and 158096,and the average amount of single prescriptions was(35.28±88.52)and(39.11±96.52)Yuan,respectively.The amount of emergency prescriptions was 0.7844 and 1.0562 million Yuan,the number of prescriptions was 44895 and 51373,respectively,and the average amount of single prescriptions was(17.47±23.63)and(20.56±23.84)Yuan,respectively.Among the top 20 drugs in outpatient and emergency consumption sum,15 drugs ranked in the top 20 in 2019 and 2020,and the use of drug varieties was relatively stable.CONCLUSION The COVID-19 has reduced outpatient drug consumption and increased emergency drug consumption.The average amount of outpatient and emergency prescriptions before and after the epidemic is low,and the use of drug varieties is stable,which is in line with the characteristics of drug treatment for oral diseases,and the clinical use of drugs was reasonable.
