气泡涡流浴配合温差浴的综合水疗方案治疗手外伤术后水肿的疗效观察

The Effect of Air Bubble Vortex Bath Hydrotherapy Combined Temperature Difference Bath Hydrotherapy on Hand Trauma Edema

目的:探讨气泡涡流浴配合温差浴治疗手外伤术后水肿的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2019年3月收治的60例手外伤术后患者,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。2组均进行常规康复治疗,包括运动治疗、作业治疗以及物理因子疗法等;对照组在常规康复治疗基础上增加气泡涡流浴水疗技术;观察组在常规康复治疗基础上,进行气泡涡流浴水疗法配合温差浴水疗法的综合水疗方案。治疗前后分别采用排水法、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、患手指总主动活动度(TAM)进行评估对比。结果:治疗4周后,2组患者患手肿胀程度(ml)、手部疼痛VAS评分及手指总主动活动度(TAM)较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:气泡涡流浴水疗法配合温差浴水疗法的综合水疗方案可以显著改善手外伤术后的水肿以及疼痛,并且有助于改善患手活动范围。

Objective:To observe the effect of air bubble vortex bath hydrotherapy combined temperature difference bath hydrotherapy on hand trauma edema and to explore the clinical value in the treatment of hand trauma.Methods:Select 60 patients with hand trauma in our hospital,randomly divided into comprehensive hydrotherapy group(n-30),general hydrotherapy group(n-30).the two groups patients conducted comprehensive physiotherapy training,physical therapy and occupational therapy;on the basis of the general physical therapy rehabilitation,the general hydrotherapy group patients added air bubble vortex bath hydrotherapy technology;the comprehensive hydrotherapy group carried out the air bubble vortex bath hydrotherapy combined temperature difference bath hydrotherapy.Pre-treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,the drainage method,VAS score,the total finger active motion(TAM)was evaluated and compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the swelling of the hands of the two groups patients and the VAS score of hand pain were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the comprehensive hydrotherapy group was lower than that of the general hydrotherapy treatment group(P<0.05),the total finger active motion(TAM)in the two groups patients increased compared to pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the comprehensive hydrotherapy group was better than the general hydrotherapy group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The air bubble vortex bath hydrotherapy with temperature difference bath hydrotherapy can significantly improve edema and pain after hand trauma,and help to improve the range of hand activity.
