摘要
为了满足食品生产企业对消毒技术规范的要求,浙江省保健品化妆品行业协会与浙江省消毒产品标准化技术委员会共同组织食品生产企业消毒技术规范的编制工作。本团体标准系统介绍了食品生产企业消毒管理要求、消毒效果评估、消毒产品使用注意事项等内容;为食品企业消毒剂的采购、贮存及使用提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of disinfection technical specifications of food production enterprises,Zhejiang Health Products&Cosmetics Industry Association and Zhejiang Disinfection Product Standardization Technical Committee jointly organize the compilation of disinfection technical specifications for food production enterprises.The standard system of this organization introduces the requirements of disinfection management,evaluation of disinfection effect,and matters needing attention in the use of disinfection products in food production enterprises.It provides reference for the purchase,storage and use of disinfectants in food enterprises.
