Application Study on the Effect of Soap Products in Removing Bacteria

文章研究试验菌种、试验菌量及待测试样添加量、试验载体等条件对香皂产品除菌效果的影响,以及不同的洗脱条件对回收载体上残留活菌的影响。结果表明,除菌方法中以无菌新鲜猪皮作为测试载体,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌作为试验菌,试验中菌悬液添加量为0.20 ml,待测试样的使用量为0.25 g,清洗过程完成后,将猪皮置于含60 ml的PBS无菌密封袋内均匀揉搓60s洗脱细菌,最后通过平板计数法计算不同试样的相对除菌率,测试不同香皂产品的除菌效果。该试验条件下结果重现性好,具有一定的区分度;此外,产品配方中是否添加有效除菌成分对产品除菌效果具有显著影响,因此,该方法可作为香皂产品除菌效果的测试评价方法。

The effect of the test strain,the amount of test bacteria and the amount of test sample to be added,and the conditions of the test carrier on the effect of the soap product decontamination and the effect of different elution conditions on the recovery of the residual viable bacteria on the carrier were investigated.The results showed that the sterile fresh pigskin as a test carrier,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli as the test bacteria,the amount of bacterial suspension added to the test for 0.20ml,the amount of samples to be tested for 0.25g.After the completion of the cleaning process,the pigskin was placed in a sterile sealed bag containing 60ml of PBS evenly rubbed for 60s to elute bacteria,and finally calculated by plate counting method for different samples of The amount of bacteria removed and the relative removal rate of different samples were calculated by plate counting to test the bacterial removal effect of different soap products.The test conditions of the results are reproducible and have a certain degree of differentiation;in addition,the product formulation with or without the addition of effective anti-bacterial ingredients has a significant effect on the product anti-bacterial effect,therefore,the method can be used as a soap product anti-bacterial effect of the test evaluation method.
