利用高通量测序分析乳酸杆菌发酵液对人体面部皮肤微生态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,皮肤微生态理论盛行,很多化妆品工程师都致力于维持皮肤微生态平衡,最常见的就是在化妆品中添加益生菌和益生菌发酵液,来增强皮肤微生态稳定性。尽管如此,由于皮肤表面的微生物菌群复杂庞大,使用化妆品前后皮肤表面微生物的变化很难被完全解释清楚。高通量测序技术的普及为分析皮肤微生态带来了新的希望,本文利用高通量测序技术对使用乳酸杆菌发酵液前后的脸部皮肤微生态多样性进行揭示,检测乳酸杆菌发酵液的使用对皮肤微生物群落产生的影响,证明高通量测序技术能够很好地服务于皮肤微生态的科学研究,从而为微生态友好型化妆品的开发提供科学指导。 With the rise of skin microecological theory,many cosmetics engineers are devoted to the research of skin microecological balance.The most common method is to add probiotics and probiotic fermentation liquids in cosmetics to enhance the stability of the skin microecological.Nevertheless,due to the complex and huge microbial flora on the skin surface,the changes of the skin surface microorganisms before and after the use of cosmetics cannot be fully explained.The popularity of high-throughput sequencing has brought new hope for the analysis of skin microbiota.This article uses high-throughput sequencing technology to reveal the microecological diversity of the facial skin before and after the use of Lactobacillus fermentation broth,and detects the impact of the use of Lactobacillus fermentation broth on the skin microbial community.It proves that high-throughput sequencing technology can serve the scientific research of skin microecology well,thus providing scientific guidance for the development of micro-eco-friendly cosmetics.
