摘要
文章对日用化工行业常用保护措施安全阀的工艺计算及选型进行了详细介绍。并结合工程项目实例,通过对不同工况进行分析和计算,确定安全阀设计参数、泄放量、泄放面积以及喉径,并在此基础上进行了安全阀选型。经建设单位工程实际运行情况的反馈,所选型的安全阀符合安全生产要求。
This paper introduces in detail the process calculation and type selection of safety valves,which are commonly used in daily chemical industry.And combined with the project example,through the analysis and calculation of different working conditions,the design parameters,discharge capacity,discharge area and throat diameter of the safety valve are determined,and the safety valve selection is carried out on this basis.According to the feedback of the construction unit,the selected safety valve meets the requirements of work safety.
