基于SWOT—PEST的粤港澳大湾区旅游新业态分析及启示

SWOT-PEST-Based Analysis and Enlightenment of New Tourism Industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

立足新发展格局,粤港澳大湾区旅游产业的高质量发展有利于促进其他产业的协同发展,有益于普惠粤港澳大湾区,有助于推动粤港澳大湾区建设成为世界一流湾区。本文以粤港澳大湾区为研究区域,首先应用PEST模型分析大湾区旅游业宏观环境中的新业态,其次基于SWOT分析旅游业在新业态中的优势与劣势及机会和威胁,进而构建SWOT-PEST分析矩阵,据此探析当前大湾区旅游业发展存在的困境,客观分析及把握大湾区当前旅游业面临的新业态,科学研判大湾区旅游产业今后发展态势,以期为粤港澳大湾区旅游产业如何立足新业态实现优化转型升级及可持续高质量发展提供相应的可行参考。

Based on the new development pattern,the high-quality development of the tourism industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of other industries,and it is beneficial to the GBA.Moreover,it can promote the construction of the GBA into a world-renowned First-class Bay Area.Taking the GBA as the research area,this paper first uses PEST model to analyze the new business status in the tourism industry in the GBA.Secondly,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the tourism industry in the new business status based on SWOT,then the SWOT-PEST analysis matrix is constructed,according to which this paper analyzes the current difficulties in the development of tourism in the GBA,and objectively analyzes and grasps the new business conditions faced by the current tourism industry of the GBA,and scientifically studies and judges the future development trend of the tourism industry in the GBA,in order to provide corresponding feasible reference for the tourism industry in GBA on how to realize optimization,transformation and upgrading and sustainable high-quality development based on new business forms.
