现代学徒制育人模式在高职人才培养中的实践

当前,随着国家对高等职业教育重视程度的提升,针对高职人才培养的教学育人模式越来越受到教育界的关注和重视,因此近年来出现了多种人才培养的育人模式,现代学徒制就是其中之一。作为当前高职人才培养的主攻方向,现代学徒制在实现产教融合、协同发展方面做了许多有益的尝试,并取得了良好的效果。随着现代学徒制的不断深入推进,如何在高职人才培养中以现代学徒制为主要应用成为当前高职教育改革推进的重点内容。本文就现代学徒制育人模式在高职人才培养中的实践进行相关的探索和研究,以期为高职人才培养提供思路和借鉴。

At present,as the country pays more attention to higher vocational education,the teaching and educating model for higher vocational talent training has received more and more attention from the education circle.Therefore,in recent years,a variety of talent education model has appeared,modern apprenticeship is one of them.As the current focus of higher vocational talent training,the modern apprenticeship system has made many useful attempts in realizing the integration of and production and education,cooperative development,etc.,and has achieved good results.With the continuous deepening of modern apprenticeship,how to use modern apprenticeship as the main application in the training of higher vocational talents has become the key content of the current higher vocational education reform and promotion.This article will conduct related exploration and research on the practice of modern apprenticeship education mode in the training of higher vocational talents,in order to provide ideas and reference for the training of higher vocational talents.
