摘要
劳动力市场腹地是城市就业中心规模维持和增长的必要条件,反映了就业中心职工的职住关系特征。本文基于手机信令数据的极高抽样率特征,提出了按照职工居住数量比例排序的就业中心劳动力市场腹地新的计算方法,并与按照职工居住密度绝对量的计算方法进行了对比。发现通过新方法计算得到的劳动力市场空间分布范围更符合空间经济理论的区位特征,腹地范围在空间上的形态也更为完整。新方法分析的结果能够从新的视角反映次级就业中心的劳动力市场空间特征,有助于从规划角度对次级就业中心的职住关系进行优化。
The hinterland of labor market is one of the necessary conditions for the maintenance and growth of job center scale, which also refects the jobs-housing relationship of the job center. Based on the extremely high sampling rate characteristics of mobile phone signaling data, this paper proposes a new calculation method for the labor market hinterland of employment centers sorted by the proportion of the number of employees living, and then compares it with the calculation method based on the absolute number of employees’ living density. It is found that the spatial distribution range of the labor market calculated by the newly proposed method is more in line with the location characteristics of spatial economic theory, and the spatial form of the hinterland range is also more complete. The results of the new method analysis can refect the spatial characteristics of the labor market of secondary employment centers from a new perspective, and help optimize the jobresident relationship of secondary employment centers from a planning perspective.
