Research on the Current Tourism Development Situation and Development Strategy of Qingdao German Architecture Group

本文基于青岛德式建筑群旅游产业的大背景,深入了解青岛德式建筑群的历史价值、文化价值和旅游开发价值。通过分析青岛德式建筑群的旅游开发和历史文化遗产保护之间的矛盾,探讨青岛德式建筑群的旅游开发新模式,找到旅游开发和遗产保护之间的平衡点,力图改善现阶段青岛旅游产业停滞不前的现状,并为今后的同类城市旅游产业开发提供借鉴指导。

This paper is based on the general background of Qingdao’s German-style buildings in the tourism industry, and has an in-depth understanding on the historical value, cultural value and tourism development value of Qingdao’s German-style buildings. By analyzing the contradiction between the tourism development of the German-style buildings in Qingdao and the protection of historical and cultural heritage, the paper explores the new mode of tourism development of the German-style buildings in Qingdao, finds the balance between tourism development and heritage protection, and tries to improve the status quo of tourism industry stagnation in Qingdao. The paper provides a reference and guidance for the future development of tourism industry in similar cities.
